STARK. will be hosting its 3rd edition at the Umspannwerk Kreuzberg in Berlin (www.stark-berlin.com)

The success of the 2^nd edition has proven STARK. right in selecting premium designer brands of international quality and exclusiveness. A high claim like this requires a prestigious and suitable venue. The architecturally defined former power station at Paul-Lincke-Ufer 20-22 provides an excellent location to carry out the event and a variety of shows which are planned.

Not only will world wide leading brands be individually represented and set in the spotlight. The former “Cathedral of Power” with its industrial charm offers a typical Berlin style background for opening party, award show and catwalks. A great advantage of STARK. is its position in the international trade show calendar for women fashion since it is the first event of the year.

Like L’Uomo Vogue from Italy attended the opening party as special guest, Brooks Brothers from New York welcomed to their event and well known designers such as Melissa, Franklin and Marshall, CP Company, Sam Edelman N.Y. und Superga introduced their new collections during the 2^nd edition in summer, the 3^rd edition will persuade one with its wide range of events and shows. Finnish designers will be the main focus of this edition. The fashion avant-garde – in summer 2008 represented by Thierry Lasry, Tossy Miura, Intuitive. Anett Röstel, Seiko Taki, Gherardeschi… – will receive an equal recognition. They will actively participate in the design of the location.
